Description
A sake recreated using brewing methods from the Muromachi period. In the Sengoku era, it was enjoyed as a celebratory drink before going into battle, and later used for traditional ceremonies such as san‑san‑kudo and seasonal festivals including New Year’s. Made by fermenting glutinous rice with lactic acid, this sake offers a sweet‑tart profile with an exceptionally smooth, silky texture that melts on the palate.
