Carefully milled for consistent quality, this rice cooks up fluffy and aromatic, delivering reliable results whether used in Asian cuisine or Western-style cooking.
1.Quick Initial Rinse
Remove surface dust and the strong bran smell from the first rinse.

Place the rice in a bowl and add a small amount of water.

Swirl lightly to loosen surface impurities.

Immediately drain the water (the first rinse has the strongest bran aroma).
2.Gently Wash the Rice
Clean the rice without damaging the grains while removing excess bran.

Using your fingertips, gently rub the rice in circular motions 10–15 times.

Add water, lightly stir, and drain the cloudy water.

Repeat this washing process about two times.
3.Soak the Rice
Allow the grains to absorb water for a fluffy, even texture.

Add clean water and let the rice soak for 15–20 minutes.

After soaking, drain the water and transfer the rice to a pot or rice cooker.
4.Cook in a Pot
Use the correct water ratio and heat control for perfect results.

For 150 g of rice, add 200 ml of water.

Heat over medium‑high until boiling.

Once boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes before serving.
