Description
This premium yuzu liqueur is made with carefully selected Japanese yuzu juice sourced from across the country and blended with Umenoyado’s sake. It delivers the refreshing aroma and bright acidity unique to yuzu. Because the flavor of yuzu juice varies each year depending on the variety and region, the blend is adjusted annually to achieve the ideal balance.
Each 1,800 ml bottle contains the equivalent of about 20 whole yuzu fruits—approximately 8 fruits per 720 ml. By blending the juice with Umenoyado sake, the sharp acidity and slight bitterness of yuzu are softened, enhancing the natural fruit character and creating a smooth, easy‑drinking liqueur. Enjoy it on the rocks or mixed with soda for a crisp, invigorating drink.
