A premium yuzu liqueur made with carefully selected Japanese yuzu juice sourced from across Japan. Blended with Umenoyado’s sake, it delivers the refreshing aroma and bright acidity unique to yuzu, with a smooth and mellow finish.

Because the flavor of yuzu varies each year depending on its variety and region, the blend is adjusted annually to achieve the ideal balance. Each 1,800 ml bottle contains the equivalent of about 20 whole yuzu fruits—approximately 8 fruits per 720 ml. By combining the juice with Umenoyado sake, the sharp acidity and slight bitterness of yuzu are softened, enhancing the natural fruit character and creating an exceptionally easy‑drinking liqueur.
