Description
This luxurious plum liqueur is made by blending whole, steeped plums into a smooth paste, creating a rich texture filled with natural fruit pulp. Crafted with sake as the base, it offers a mellow, rounded depth of flavor. About 18 whole plums are used for every 1,800 ml, giving the liqueur its thick, velvety mouthfeel and intensely fragrant, full-bodied plum aroma. It is a dessert-style umeshu that highlights both richness and elegance.
Enjoy it well‑chilled or on the rocks.
