A luxurious umeshu crafted by blending Kokushi Musou Umeshu with a meticulously brewed daiginjo sake. The result is a premium plum liqueur with a fruity, elegant aroma enhanced by the refreshing brightness of Japanese ume, creating a clean and refined impression.
The flavor is beautifully balanced: the rich, mellow umami of daiginjo sake is tightened by the refined acidity of ume, producing a smooth, lightly sweet umeshu that is exceptionally easy to drink.
