This pickled plum mix features Kishu Nanko ume, the refreshing aroma of red shiso, and the crisp texture of cucumber. It has a mild, low‑salt flavor and contains 11% salt (by product weight). Perfect as a side dish, rice accompaniment, or a topping for various Japanese dishes.
Ingredients: Ume paste (Japan) (ume, salt), salted cucumber, salted red shiso, dextrin, starch, cellulose, alcohol, acidulant, seasoning (amino acids), stabilizer (xanthan gum), spice extract.
