Infused with wild-harvested Sichuan pepper harvested from Trompenburg in Rotterdam, this edition delivers a green and citrus top note reminiscent of pink grapefruit, perfectly balanced by a crisp, vibrant citric acidity.

No sugar, fruit, or additives are used; only rice, water, koji, and a skin of Sichuan pepper.
