Description
Karaage marinade from Fundokin (Oita, Kyushu). Light soy sauce with garlic, ginger and chili for Oita-style Japanese fried chicken.
How to use (2 servings): Mix 250 g bite-sized chicken with 45 g (about 2½ tbsp) of the sauce and marinate for 10–15 minutes. Coat with about 4 tbsp potato starch and deep-fry.
