Rice "Yumenishiki" is a new type of rice of the Japanese variety "Koshihikari", grown with care on Italian soil by selected farmers. Under the supervision of Japanese rice experts, this large, round grain and flavorful rice is produced in first-class quality according to Japanese example in wet rice cultivation. Our Yumenishiki has a rich natural sweet taste and aroma and is super premium round grain rice with shine and viscosity. Yumenishiki is ideal for sushi and also Asian dishes.
