HARRO has four membership tiers: Orange, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Orange is free, while Silver and above require a paid membership.
The higher the tier, the better the benefits — including higher point rewards, exclusive perks, and priority access to limited-edition products.

You can join by clicking the “Join Silver / Join Gold / Join Platinum” button on this page and completing your purchase.
After the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your HARRO Membership account registration and finalize your enrollment..

Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
You can upgrade your membership from your my page.
Once upgraded, you can immediately start enjoying the new benefits.

The paid membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
You may continue to enjoy all membership benefits until the expiration date.

Points are awarded for each purchase according to your membership tier’s reward rate. The points you collect can be used toward future purchases.

You cannot downgrade your membership during the active term. You may change your tier freely at the time of your next renewal.

Points are valid for one year from the date of your last purchase at HARRO (both in-store and online). Each time you make a purchase, the expiration period is extended for another year starting from that date.

Yes. You will need to create a new HARRO account when making your purchase. A purchase confirmation email will include instructions on how to log in to your my page.

Yes. You will need to create a new account to use the HARRO supermarket and online store.

Currently, we do not support purchasing memberships as gifts.
Memberships can only be applied to the account of the purchaser.

Unfortunately, points earned through the HARRO flea market app cannot be used at HARRO stores or in the online shop.
They are managed separately from HARRO Membership points

Yes, you will be able to use your membership points in the HARRO online store, which is scheduled to open in December.
We will provide further information once the online store is launched.
