Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen

Pan-frying: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet. Add frozen gyozas and fry flat-side down for 2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup of water (approx. 60 ml). Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 1 minute until the water evaporates.

Deep-frying: Deep-fry for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Steaming: Steam at 100°C for approximately 5 minutes.

Air-frying: Arrange gyozas in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. Air-fry at 200°C for about 8 minutes (depending on the model) until golden and crispy.
